CLIQUE HOTELS & RESORTS IS INTRODUCING
EVEN HIGHER STANDARDS OF CLEANLINESS.
CLIQUE CLEAN IS OUR COMMITMENT:
Frequently touched areas like elevator buttons, door handles, credit card machines, handrails will be cleaned and disinfected frequently. Hand sanitizer will be provided in the rooms and lobby area.
All housekeeping staff have received additional training to vigorously wipe and disinfect all touch points including all surfaces, television remotes, phones, faucet handles, thermostats and door handles.
Disinfecting wipes will be provided in our lobbies allowing guests to wipe any surface they may come in contact within public areas and/or their room when available.
REMOVE IN-ROOM PAPER MATERIAL
Any paper pads, pens, guest directories, magazine or in-room marketing materials or items that may have come in contact with previous guests will be removed from the rooms. All of these items will be available on request.
In addition to our CLIQUE CLEAN initiatives, we have introduced barriers and signage to limit contact with our staff and other guests. Barriers are in place to provide 2 meters of space at staff contact points. Signage will provide direction to guests to maintain safe distances and provide elevator etiquette. Housekeeping and maintenance staff will not enter a room while occupied by a guest. Moving forward, the CLIQUE CLEAN team will adapt to new procedures recommended by Health Authorities as they become applicable.
