CANCELLATION POLICY

No cancellation fee if cancelled seven (7) days in advance of your scheduled departure. If reservation is cancelled between three (3) and six (6) days in advance of scheduled departure, you will be charged 50% of the total package amount. If you cancel within two (2) days of the scheduled departure, you will be penalized 100% of the package fee.  Weather conditions may affect “Escape to the Rockies”, and may result in cancellation; if tour has been cancelled due to weather, full refund will be issued.
