Terms & Conditions

1. The Clique Insiders is designed to provide registered members access to exclusive perks, privileges, and benefits based on their membership tier at all Clique Hotels & Resorts'.
2. Participation in the Clique Insiders constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions of the program.
3. Perks and benefits offered through Clique Insiders cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or loyalty programs.
4. The membership to Clique Insiders is non-transferable and may not be shared.
5. To qualify for the Clique Insider perks, reservations must be made using a valid, registered email address. The name on the account must correspond with the valid, government-issued photo ID presented at check-in.
6. Members may receive perks determined by the hotel based on availability at the time. The perks may vary by location, date, or room type.
7. Access to certain perks may depend on a member's tier status as a Clique Insider.
8. The program operates on a calendar-year basis. At the end of each year all perks expire and do not carry over into the following year. Any tier status achieved during the year will be reset at the end of the calendar year.
9. Clique Hotels and Resorts reserves the right to modify or discontinue any perks, or eligibility requirements with or without prior notice.
10. Clique Hotels & Resorts' shall not be responsible for the unavailability, cancellation or expiration of perks.
